Ingredients
1 1/2 oz gin
juice of 1 limes
1 tbsp papaya juice
1 dash bitters
carbonated water
1 pineapple stick

Directions
Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water and pineapple stick) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the pineapple stick and serve.
